  • Work as part of an audit team, responsible in conducting internal auditing in achieving the annual audit plans.
  • To conduct internal auditing of Giant stores/complexes and attend selective stock takes.
  • To hold discussions with auditees and prepare internal audits reports.

  • Degree holder in Accounting, or majoring in Accounting, or professional accounting bodies qualification, such as ACCA, AIA and CIMA.

    Responsibilities:

  • To assist on preparation of purchase order, sales reports, stocks reports and other work related reports for Guardian outlet stores and Distribution Centre.
  • To monitor on stock deliveries in order to ensure on time delivery and to maintain high level of service from suppliers/clients.
  • To manage and ensure proper master-file maintenance and inventory to meet company targeted stock days.
  • To participate in new store opening, to further assist in operation field work (display of stocks) and to arrange and coordinate with relevant parties on promotion related matters.
  • Requirements:

  • You shall report to the Finance Manager.
  • You shall be accountable in performing financial reporting and analysis and to assist in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast.

  • Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or any other relevant Professional qualification in Accounting.
